Immortal Technique, Talib Kweli, Dead Prez, Saigon, Da Beatminerz, Chip Fu, Dub Rock All Stars (Da Bush Babees), Loer Velocity, Channel Live, Messiah, Tiye Phoenix, and Scanz come together to help spread the word that thousands of 9/11 first responders are sick and dying and need our help.

How about a hip-hop contingency response aka
"we are the world" to support Obama. It is a hard job but someone should respond or write it.
As an old schooler I found the article you wrote last month to be very enlightening. Do you need big money and big air time to do this or could it be ignited on a grass roots level by the artist vanguard that you are personally familiar with?
Something like that does sound like you would need some resources to pull it off.
Sen. Obama himself always says that change should start from the "bottom up" so perhaps somebody could begin to make some moves to make what you are suggesting a reality.
